We recommend that all wines be stored horizontally at 10-18°C, including sparkling wines. This will ensure that the cork does not dry out, and that air does not enter. The ideal humidity level is around 70% – again, this is to keep the corks in good condition.

Bottles that are destined for long-term cellaring may benefit from being wrapped in cling-film to protect the label, as paper labels become delicate under the humid conditions that keep a cork healthy.

The storage space should be dark and, ideally, without vibrations.
